Refund policy



Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy – Ornaments by Mirha


At Ornaments by Mirha, each piece is handcrafted with care using natural stones and pearls, making every item beautifully unique. Slight variations in color or texture are natural and reflect the authenticity of handmade craftsmanship.

General Policy

  • No returns or refunds are accepted once an order is placed.
  • We offer exchanges or store credit only in specific cases.
  • All items pass through a quality check before dispatch. International orders are personally reviewed by the founder, Sidra Haroon.
  • Noseclips are non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
  • Sale and custom-made items are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange – Within Pakistan

  • Exchanges are only possible if the item is damaged in transit or a wrong product is received.
  • Inform us within 2 days of delivery by emailing Mirhaahmed994@gmail.com with your order number and product photo.
  • The customer bears pickup & reshipping charges (PKR 350 nationwide).
  • Product must be unused, untampered, and sent in original packaging.
  • One-time exchange allowed per order, subject to stock availability.

Exchange – International

  • Exchanges are only possible for damaged or incorrect items received.
  • No exchanges for custom or standard international orders.
  • Shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
  • Refunds only apply if the shipment is lost in transit.
  • We are not liable for damage caused during international shipping.
  • Once we receive and verify your item, the correct/exchanged product will be dispatched. Please allow extra time for this process due to the handmade nature of our work.
