Shipping Options:
We deliver all shipments through Leopard Courier, Rider, Call Courier, and M&P Courier & Logistics.
You can choose from two delivery options:

Standard Delivery 

  • 3–4 Days Delivery

 

Overnight Delivery

  • Within 24 hours 

 

International Shipping:

We now ship worldwide! Shipping prices vary based on where you are shipping your jewelry to. International shipping can take anywhere from 7-30 business days

 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS

We would love to help you create a custom piece. Please Contact us through Whatsapp for more information.

The total price and actual timeframe may or may not match the estimates. We will do our best to inform you if something comes up and the total price will be much more than the estimate.

We prefer Bank Transfer , but also accept Jazz cash and  Easy Paisa , Payment should be made during the initial consult and again during the presentation (or shipment) of the finished work to the customer.

If you give us stones or other materials to incorporate into the jewelry, we cannot ensure that these materials will not be damaged during the process. If damage occurs, we will not be responsible.

Custom jewelry has a 6 month no-questions-asked repair warranty from the date of the final payment. After that, issues will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. 

All custom work is non-returnable and non-refundable after it is completed and paid for.

Handling Time:

  • For items in stock, please allow 3 to 5 business days for order processing.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Orders must be shipped to a residential or business address.

  • A valid signature is required upon delivery.

  • No exceptions will be made regarding the delivery address policy.
